Help us keep Thrifts safe by reporting problems.

What to report

• Fake or counterfeit items
• Prohibited items
• Scam attempts
• Harassment or abuse
• Sellers asking for off-platform payment

How to report

Report a listing: Tap the "..." menu on any listing and select "Report"

Report a user: Go to their profile, tap "..." and select "Report"

Report a message: Long-press the message and select "Report"

What happens next

Our Trust & Safety team reviews all reports within 24 hours. We'll take action if the report is valid, including removing listings or suspending accounts.
