Stay updated on your delivery status:
Finding your tracking number
- Go to Account > Orders
- Click on your order
- Find the tracking number in the shipping section
Tracking statuses
- Processing: Seller is preparing your order
- Shipped: On the way to you
- Out for delivery: Will arrive today
- Delivered: Package has arrived
Pargo lockers
You'll receive an SMS with a PIN code when your parcel arrives at the locker. Collect within 3 days.
