How to get paid

Getting paid on Thrifts

Here's how the payment process works for sellers:

Payment timeline

  1. Buyer purchases your item
  2. Payment is held securely by Thrifts
  3. You ship the item to the buyer
  4. Buyer receives and confirms delivery
  5. Payment is released to your wallet
  6. Withdraw to your bank account

Payment hold period

Payments are held until the buyer confirms receipt, or automatically released 3 days after delivery is confirmed by tracking.

Setting up payouts

Go to Seller Hub > Settings and add your bank account details. We use EFT to transfer funds.

Minimum withdrawal

You can withdraw once your wallet balance reaches R50.
